The animation is based on the short story, The Nose, written by Nikolaj Gogol in 1836. Created as part of a master's thesis, the project is an experimental attempt to translate a nearly two-hundred-year-old narrative into a contemporary audiovisual form.

My animation combines my two passions: classical literature and modern media.
Using a mix of 2D and 3D technology, I have visually reimagined the story in the 3D program Blender.
I also wrote the text, narration, and voiceover myself.
